Finally, after what seemed like a very long 2 years with covid changing everyones social plans, the annual and fun filled village show returned with record breaking numbers of people attending!
All the traditional parts of the show were back in action with the heavy horse show, gymkhana, vintage tractors and falconry display, alongside the craft, food and drinks stalls.
For the first time ever, we also had the pleasure of attending the show with 6 of our beautiful boys! They had a brilliant time being fed and meeting a lovely lot of faces, old and new.
While we were all out at the show having such a fabulous time…. There was a surprise and slightly early, new arrival back at base camp! Alpaca Aunty Karen was on duty that day checking in on the pregnant ladies every few hours. To her shock…. and ours, Kola gave birth to the first Cria of 2022…. Baby Cairo!
