Shipping and delivery

When you purchase goods from our online shop, we use the following delivery methods.

Royal Mail 1st up to 2 kg

Royal Mail 2nd up to 2 kg

Parcel Force 48 over 2 kg

• We package and send items as soon as reasonably possible.
• Purchases made Monday – Friday are packaged and posted the following day accept for bank holidays. Purchases made on a Sunday are packed and posted on the next working day.
• You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods that you purchase.
• You will need to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery name and  address for the recipient.
• We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong person as a result of you providing inaccurate or incomplete information.

Right to cancel and receive a refund

• We operate a 14 day cancellation period.
• You have the right to cancel your purchased goods and/or services from us within 14 days of purchase.

You must return goods as soon as possible.
You are responsible for any return postage costs.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned goods while in transit back to us.
Any goods that you wish to return within MUST be unopened and unused. No refunds will be given on part used items.

• We will reimburse you as soon as possible but within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
• We reimburse you using the same form of payment as when the original purchase was made.

Refunds for goods

• Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt of your goods.
• We accept refunds for good sold on our site for the following reasons:
• We do not accept refunds after 14 days.

Goods broken or damaged;
Goods did not match the description;
Goods did not meet the purchaser’s expectations;
Purchaser changed their mind.

Gift Vouchers

• All gift vouchers are valid for 12 Months from the date of purchase/issue.
• The expiry date will be clearly printed on the voucher.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
